Eligibility

* **Undergraduates are not eligible**

* Minimum **2 years of experience in International Chat Support**

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Strong typing and customer-handling skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced international customer support environment

Compensation

**CTC: 5 – 5.5 LPA**

* Maintain professional and effective written communication.

* Manage multiple chat interactions while maintaining quality and accuracy.

* Follow process guidelines, SOPs and quality standards.
