Your Role

- Provide 24x7 Production & Application Support
- Managecritical incidents, RCA, and SLA adherence
- SupportHadoop, Spark, Kafka, Hive, and Big Data platforms
- Monitor deployments, batch jobs, and data pipelines
- Handle ServiceNow, Change, Incident & Problem Management
- SupportDocker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure environments
- Coordinate with L3/L4 teams for issue resolution

Your Profile

- Solid experience in Production Support/Application Support
- Hands-on withHadoop Ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka)
- Knowledge ofDocker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Azure
- Experience withSplunk, ELK, Grafana, and monitoring tools
- Proficient inPython, Shell Scripting, and Linux
- Familiar withServiceNow, Jira, and ITIL processes
- Banking/Capital Markets domain experience preferred
