Role Description The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and strengthening the company's quality management systems across hardware and software automation products. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Coimbatore, with the flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing QA processes, conducting audits and inspections, reviewing documentation for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and UL 508A standards, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating closely with engineering, production,



and project teams to ensure that control panels and automation solutions meet internal and external quality requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will also monitor key quality metrics, lead root cause analysis for product and process issues, support client quality-related inquiries, and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications

- Strong quality management and assurance skills, including experience with ISO 9001:2015 and preferably UL 508A or similar international standards.
- Technical understanding of industrial automation products and systems, such as control panels, PLCs, drives, and related hardware and software.
- Proficiency in process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem-solving using tools like CAPA, FMEA, and basic statistical quality methods.
- Ability to plan and conduct internal and external audits, prepare clear documentation, and maintain accurate records and quality reports.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, train staff on quality procedures, and engage with clients on quality topics.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in quality or auditing are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environments and familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
