Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and silver jewellery pieces. Responsibilities include explaining product features and certifications, showcasing collections, and ensuring a personalized, high-quality buying experience. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining accurate billing and documentation, and supporting visual merchandising and stock display. The Sales Executive will also handle customer queries, manage after-sales follow-ups, and support promotional activities and in-store events as needed.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship-building, and a qualified, client-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, present options confidently, and work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Candidates should possess communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and local language proficiency, with the ability to explain product details and value propositions effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic retail operations skills, such as handling billing systems, managing documentation, and assisting with inventory display and showroom upkeep.
- Candidates should possess product awareness and learning agility, with an interest in jewellery, fashion, and luxury goods, and the ability to quickly learn details about gold, diamonds, and silver collections.
- Previous experience in retail sales, jewellery, or luxury products is beneficial, along with a high school diploma or equivalent; a higher degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, ethical conduct, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons as required.
