Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Mumbai. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and onboarding relevant creators across social platforms, maintaining databases, and coordinating outreach. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in campaign planning, drafting collaboration briefs, tracking deliverables, and monitoring influencer content for brand alignment. The intern will help analyze campaign performance, compile reports, and gather insights to optimize future collaborations.



The role may also involve supporting content ideation, event coordination, and cross-functional communication with social media and brand teams.
Qualifications

- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and the beauty and cosmetics industry.
- Ability to research and identify suitable influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting outreach messages, briefs, and internal updates.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including engagement metrics, reach, and campaign performance tracking.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, maintain influencer databases, and track deadlines.
- Comfort working in an in office, collaborative environment and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior internship or project experience in social media, content creation, or brand collaborations is an advantage.
