Role Description The Data Analytics role at Tamizhan Skills is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources, performing statistical and analytical evaluations, and generating insights to support decision-making across training programs and operations. The team member will build and maintain dashboards and reports, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to improve student outcomes and organizational efficiency.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with trainers and management to understand data needs, translating business questions into analytical tasks, and presenting findings in a clear, accessible format.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in general Analytics.
- Candidates should possess skills in Data Analytics, including data cleaning, modeling, and visualization.
- Candidates should possess Business Analytics capabilities to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Statistics for designing analyses, interpreting results, and validating findings.
- Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau) is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving environment.
