About the Role

Pashupati Metallics is looking for an experienced and responsible Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities for the company's SIPCOT project in Gummidipundi. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, monitoring work progress, coordinating with contractors and workers, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for day-to-day site activities related to the SIPCOT project.

- Supervise and monitor construction and site development activities.

- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

- Inspect the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.

- Prepare daily site reports and provide regular updates to management.

- Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational issues.

- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, tools, and equipment.





- Coordinate with project management and other departments for smooth execution.

- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, measurements, materials, and work progress.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and company standards.

- Monitor housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

- Handle any other site-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.

- Minimum 2+ years of site engineering experience.

- Experience in handling industrial projects / SIPCOT projects / construction sites will be preferred.

- Good knowledge of site supervision, construction activities, measurements, and project coordination.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors and site teams.

- Valuable communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Willingness to work at the Gummidipundi SIPCOT project site.
