About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the creative direction of premium residential projects from concept development through detailed design and handover for execution.

The role requires a solid design sensibility, the ability to independently manage client interactions, and expertise in developing precise and detailed 2D drawings . The ideal candidate will take ownership of design decisions while coordinating closely with internal teams, project heads, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Job Description

- Lead the complete interior design process for premium residential projects , including client consultations, concept development, design development, material selection, and execution coordination.
- Understand project requirements and manage client budgets effectively to deliver aesthetically strong, practical, and cost-conscious design solutions .
- Maintain and track all drawings, correspondence, revisions, and project documentation.
- Prepare and circulate detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and ensure timely follow-up on action points.
- Collaborate closely with Design Heads, Project Heads, Associates, site teams, vendors, and contractors .
- Handle client interactions across all stages of the project, including design, execution, and material selection , ensuring clear communication and consistency.
- Set and achieve daily and weekly project targets to ensure timely progress of deliverables.
- Coordinate regularly with the office design team and project heads for a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports , coordinating with principal consultants regarding the Plan of Action (POA) and project challenges.




- Follow up closely with site engineers for photographic documentation of ongoing work , including before-and-after site photographs.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development and growth of the design team .
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery .
- Ensure all design deliverables are completed with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and design intent .

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field .
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience specializing in residential interior design.
- Experience in premium/luxury residential projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/CAD and design presentation software .
- Strong 2D drafting and detailing skills are essential.
- Strong project management, client-handling, and presentation skills .
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities .
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, detailing, and site execution .

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹50,000+ per month , depending on skills, experience, and expertise.

Competitive compensation will be offered to deserving candidates based on their overall experience, capabilities, and suitability for the role.
