Serenity By Sadhana is an interior design and architecture firm established in June 2022. What began as a one-person practice has grown into a collaborative team working across residential and commercial projects in Chennai.
We take up turnkey design and execution projects , creating thoughtful, functional and customised spaces. Our approach is hands-on, detail-driven and rooted in clear design thinking, with a strong focus on quality and craft.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our studio and work closely with our design team across ongoing projects.
You’ll be involved in:
- Concept development and space planning
- Working drawings and detailing
- 3D modelling and presentations
- Material research and selections
- BOQs and project documentation
- Client, consultant and contractor coordination
- Site visits and execution follow-ups
- Ensuring design intent and quality are maintained on site
Since we handle both design and execution , you’ll get hands-on exposure to the entire process—from concept to site.
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / related field
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Sketch Up
- Photoshop knowledge; Revit is a plus
- Understanding of materials, detailing and construction
- Good design and spatial sense
- Robust attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
