Job DescriptionHiring: Area Sales Manager – Pharma & Nutraceuticals Location: Delhi NCR & North India Experience: 10–12 Years Industry: Pharma / Nutraceuticals / Consumer Healthcare Channel: OTC Pharmacy / Chemist Channel Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with a strong background in OTC pharmacy/chemist sales and an established distributor/stockist network.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales through the OTC pharmacy and distribution channel.

Manage and expand distributor, stockist and pharmacy networks.

Develop new business opportunities and onboard channel partners.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Independently manage the assigned territory and sales activities.

Build strong relationships with distributors, chemists and pharmacy retailers.

Monitor market trends, competition and product movement.

Ensure product availability and market penetration.

Provide regular market feedback and sales reports to management.





Candidate Profile ✅ 10–12 years of relevant Pharma/Nutraceutical/Consumer Healthcare sales experience ✅ Robust experience in OTC pharmacy/chemist channel ✅ Strong existing distributor/stockist network preferred ✅ Proven sales track record ✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned territory Preferred Territories Delhi | Gurgaon | Noida | Ghaziabad | Faridabad | Haryana | Chandigarh | Ambala | Ludhiana | Jammu | Lucknow | Varanasi | Jaipur Compensation Hike on present/last drawn CTC Salary is negotiable based on experience, market network and business potential.

Candidates with an established distributor network and strong pharmacy market relationships will be given preference.
