Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation.

The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support skilled growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations and solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- Experience in configuring and supporting cloud-based financial reconciliation applications.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release management and system maintenance.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues in a multi-team environment to maintain system stability.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
