"Manage pipeline of projects:

/n

Should have exp in Technical skill like Github

/n

o Work with team to help drive client projects.

/n

Present and articulate the value of the transformation project to our clients.

/n

o Participate in the sales cycle to build and present services value proposition to the prospects. o Create and work with clients to refine Statement of Work (SOW).

/n

Effective overall responsibility for project management:

/n

o Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation o Create and manage project plan, timeline, budget, forecast, etc. leveraging internal tools (Front Pilot, Smartsheet, Retain)

/n

o Resource planning for necessary stakeholders in collaboration with RMO and other consultants.



o Manage clients through planning and execution.

/n

Lead client meetings. Manage and communicate all deviations from plan

/n

o Conduct project meetings, collaborate with project team members to build consensus on challenging issues o Build/design in collaboration with the consultants the testing plan according to our clients' requirements: Smoke testing, Business Process Testing, API tests, UI tests, Load and Performance tests o Communicate requirements and actively set & manage expectations to ensure all team members and stakeholders (QA resources, IC, SL3, Cloud Ops, APG, etc.) are accountable for their role in the project's overall success.

o Prioritize tasks and manage issue resolution and/or escalation. - Contribute to the project delivery:

/n

o Contribute to the Knowledge Base. Can contribute to fixing issues in configuration.

/n

o Can contribute to reviewing Customizations and Interfaces

/n

o Can contribute to running the testing tool with the QA consultants, identify issues, fixes or workarounds o Ensure document output from test phases are built and shared with clients"
