About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time remote basis . This role is ideal for professionals with strong functional expertise in SAP Success Factors and a passion for delivering scalable HR technology solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to configure, enhance, and support SAP Success Factors modules while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, implement, and support SAP Success Factors modules including: Benefits

Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting
Onboarding
Compensation
Lead and support USA Benefits implementations , including US Savings Plan configuration.
Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Success Factors solutions.
Perform system configuration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Product Managers, and Development teams.
Drive application enhancements and continuous improvements.
Conduct workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and stakeholder meetings.




Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.

Ensure solutions follow SAP standard functionality and industry best practices.

Required Skills
Strong 5+ years hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors
Strong experience in Employee Central (EC) is mandatory
Strong experience in Benefits Management is mandatory

Preferred Qualifications
