Operations, Admissions & Marketing Coordinator

About Div Vision Math Academy

Div Vision Math Academy is an online mathematics academy supporting IB and IGCSE students through live classes, structured course material, assessments, detailed feedback, and personalized academic guidance.

/n

We are looking for a dependable and highly organized person who can coordinate our day-to-day academic operations, student communication, admissions inquiries, and marketing activities.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Academic Operations

/n

/n

- Track assignments, submissions, tests, and pending student work

/n

- Maintain student records, attendance, assessment results, and progress reports

/n

- Coordinate class schedules, rescheduling, Zoom links, and academic calendars

/n

- Follow up with students regarding incomplete work and upcoming assessments

/n

- Help prepare and share periodic progress reports with parents

/n

/n

Team and Teacher Coordination

/n

/n

- Communicate regularly with teachers regarding classes, student performance, and pending tasks

/n

- Ensure worksheets, recordings, reports, and other academic resources are shared on time

/n

- Maintain internal trackers and follow up until assigned work is completed

/n

- Communicate important updates between the management, teachers, students, and parents

/n

/n

Admissions and Inquiry Management

/n

/n

- Respond professionally to new student and parent inquiries through Whats App, calls, email, and social media

/n

- Explain our programs, batch options, trial classes, and enrollment process

/n

- Schedule consultations and trial sessions

/n

- Follow up with interested families and maintain an organized inquiry tracker

/n





- Support students and parents throughout the onboarding process

/n

/n

Social Media and Marketing

/n

/n

- Assist in planning and publishing content across Instagram, Linked In, Whats App, and other platforms

/n

- Coordinate the creation of posts, reels, flyers, announcements, and promotional messages

/n

- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, trial classes, and new batch launches

/n

- Track inquiries generated through different marketing channels

/n

- Coordinate with designers, video editors, or other external team members when required

/n

/n

Who We Are Looking For

/n

/n

- Strong written and spoken English

/n

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

/n

- Comfortable communicating with students, parents, teachers, and new inquiries

/n

- Ability to manage several tasks, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines

/n

- Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Drive, Whats App Business, Zoom, Canva, and social media platforms

/n

- Responsible, proactive, patient, and comfortable working independently

/n

- Prior experience in education, administration, admissions, customer support, or social media is preferred

/n

- Candidates based in Pune are preferred, although strong remote applicants may also apply

/n

/n

Compensation and Growth

/n

This position will initially be offered on a fixed monthly stipend. The compensation structure can be reviewed and revised based on performance, responsibilities, and the long-term scope of the role.

/n

For the right candidate, this can develop into a larger, long-term operations and management position within Div Vision Math Academy.
