Customer Care Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can handle customer queries, provide timely support, resolve complaints, and maintain a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions.

- Resolve complaints professionally and within the required timeframe.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.

- Coordinate with sales, operations, technical, and other internal teams when required.

- Inform customers about products, services, orders, payments, or company policies.

- Handle customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.

- Maintain a skilled and positive relationship with customers.





- Prepare regular reports related to customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.

- Achieve assigned customer service and response-time targets.

- Customer-friendly and polite attitude.

- Patience and ability to handle difficult customers professionally.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Freshers can apply; relevant customer service experience is an advantage.

- Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
