Do you love guiding students and becoming someone they trust during an important phase of their life? As an Educational Mentor, you help students understand their academic and career choices with clarity, which most students do not get elsewhere. The role is a mix of mentorship, counselling, and calling-based sales.

What you'll do

- Make outbound and inbound calls to counsel students on courses, colleges, and preparation

- Understand their aspirations, challenges, and expectations to give personalised guidance

- Help students see academic pathways and the career outcomes each one leads to

- Build rapport with students and parents through calm, clear communication

- Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel

- Convert interested students into admissions using ethical, value-driven persuasion

- Document every conversation in the CRM and keep records accurate

- Collaborate with counselling and operations teams for smooth onboarding

What we're looking for

- Strong communication in Hindi and English

- Ability to simplify concepts and explain options clearly

- Calm, patient, and empathetic approach

- Goal-oriented, consistent, and disciplined





- Strong calling and follow-up approach is mandatory

- Graduate or postgraduate in any stream

- Freshers are welcome if communication is strong

Growth: Rapid-track path to Senior Mentor or Counselling Lead.
