Job Title: Field Officer – Agriculture

Department: Sales & Field Operations

Location: As per business requirement

Job Responsibilities

- Visit farmers, dealers, retailers, and agricultural markets regularly.

- Promote and demonstrate company products such as seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemicals.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.

- Conduct field demonstrations and product awareness activities.

Requirements

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Basic knowledge of agriculture and crop practices.

- Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned territory.

- Customer relationship and sales skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
