- Recruit & onboard Life Advisors / Financial Consultants



- Train advisors on products, sales & customer needs



- Drive sales through advisor activation & joint field work



- Monitor productivity, motivate advisors & achieve targets



- Develop advisors for long-term career growth




Preferred:



- Experience in Life Insurance / Sales / BFSI



- Robust communication & team management skills
