Job Title: Outbound Telecaller (Female Only)
Location: Pune (Koregaon)
Experience: Minimum 1 Year (Outbound Telesales)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (Net Take Home) + Incentives
Shift: Day Shift
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Overview: We are looking for a confident and
target -driven Outbound Telecaller who can effectively engage with
customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales. This is a day shift
role ideal for candidates with robust communication and persuasive skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make
outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Generate
leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Explain
products/services clearly and handle objections
- Maintain
regular follow -ups with interested prospects
- Achieve
daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain call records and update CRM systems
