Responsibilities:



Greet visitors and clients professionally and provide necessary assistance



Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail



Maintain accurate records and organize office documents and files







Support daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and preparing reports



Operate office equipment and utilize software tools efficiently



Assist with inventory management and supply ordering as needed



Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
