Summary:


The Technician for Catering Equipment plays a critical role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of skilled kitchen appliances across commercial foodservice environments. This position involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues with a wide range of equipment, including gas and electric cooking systems, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and ice machines.




Responsibilities:


- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment, including gas and electric cooking appliances, refrigeration systems, dishwashers, and ice machines.

- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety inspections to minimize downtime and ensure equipment longevity.

- Respond quickly and effectively to service requests, providing timely technical support to maintain kitchen efficiency.





- Maintain accurate and up -to -date service logs, including repair history, parts used, and maintenance schedules.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and operations teams to support seamless daily operations and address equipment -related challenges proactively.




Requirements

- Secondary Education Certificate.

- Minimum of 2 years of hands -on experience in servicing and maintaining commercial kitchen equipment (mandatory).

- Proven technical proficiency in gas, electrical, and refrigeration systems.

- Valid Driver’s License: YES

- English language proficiency at B2 level or equivalent.
