Job Description :We are looking for a Manual QA Tester with 2+ years of experience who can combine strong testing skills with excellent communication and client-handling abilities. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with a strong understanding of products and the ability to work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. The role will involve manual testing, day-to-day client communication, managing the Sales JIRA board, coordinating with the Sales team, conducting product demos, and providing regular updates and reports to the client.Roles & Responsibilities :- Perform manual testing of the product to identify functional issues, defects, and inconsistencies.- Develop a strong understanding of the product, its features, workflows, and business requirements.- Quickly learn and understand new product features and changes.- Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis and understand their requirements, concerns, and feedback.- Manage regular client communication and ensure timely follow-ups on pending items.- Conduct daily follow-ups with relevant internal teams and stakeholders to track progress.- Manage and monitor the Sales JIRA board, including tracking tasks, updates,



and pending items.- Coordinate closely with the Sales team and monitor their activities/progress.- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and explain product features and workflows clearly.- Act as a bridge between the client, Sales team, QA, and internal stakeholders.- Track action items and ensure timely closure of client-related tasks.- Prepare and share daily status updates/reports with the client.- Escalate critical issues, delays, and blockers to the appropriate stakeholders.- Ensure client requirements and feedback are properly communicated to the internal teams.- Maintain clear documentation of testing activities, issues, client feedback, and follow-ups.Qualifications :- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.- Good understanding of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.- Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar project/task management tools.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Solid client-handling and stakeholder-management skills.- Ability to conduct product demos/presentations for clients.- Good coordination and follow-up skills.- Ability to work closely with Sales, QA, Product, and other internal teams.- Strong ownership and ability to independently track tasks to closure.- Quick learner with the ability to understand products and business processes quickly.
