As a driven and qualified recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent in a high-volume recruitment environment. Supervisors and LeadsWork with hiring managers to ensure job descriptions that will gain traction and also comply with all current legal requirementsExecute sourcing strategies that result in hires that are excited and motivated to winYou plan your messaging and phone interviews exceptionally well, provide daily updates on your search and findings to stakeholders and keep each candidate engagedKPI's include Interviews per week (calls), Interviews converted to offers, offers converted to hires, call quality etc.Expertly screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessmentsUse ATS (iCIMS) to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reportsRepresent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer serviceJob Requirements:1-5 years of progressive experience in Talent AcquisitionExperience in fast paced, high volume, full cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment brandingHas built and fostered long lasting relationships both internally and externallyStrong shills in English both verbal and written communication, proven organizational skills and highly developed reprioritization skills as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesExperience with recruitment technology, social media, and professional platformsAdapt to change quickly and are comfortable changing course appropriately and quicklyKnowledge of iCIMS an asset
