PURPOSE OF ROLE:Under Armour is seeking a Lead, FP&A; Systems (EPM OneStream) with experience in enterprise performance management platforms and financial planning processes to support the development and scaling of enterprise-wide planning and reporting capabilities. This role requires robust expertise in OneStream or comparable EPM tools, a solid understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable system and data solutions in a global, cross-functional environment. The position will support the full lifecycle of the OneStream platform including implementation, testing, go-live stabilization, and ongoing administration, while driving data integrity, system scalability, and continuous improvement across planning and reporting cycles.Reporting Structure: Direct line report to a manager employed by Under Armour Global Services Pvt. Ltd. In India and with dotted-line report into the VP, Corporate FP&A; at UA Headquarters in Baltimore, MD.YOUR IMPACT (Job Responsibilities):Support OneStream implementation activities including requirements validation, system configuration alignment, data mapping, metadata preparation, and reconciliationPartner with system integration partners to execute and oversee testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT), including development of test scripts, issue tracking, and defect resolutionSupport go-live and hypercare activities by monitoring system performance, triaging user issues, investigating data discrepancies,



and ensuring timely resolution of critical defectsAdminister the OneStream platform post-implementation including security, user access, workflows, metadata, reporting objects, and data integrationsOwn cycle readiness and execution support for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrityMaintain and enhance system documentation including runbooks, SOPs, training materials, and user guides to enable scalable supportDrive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, standardizing processes, and enhancing reporting, workflows, and dashboardsPartner with global FP&A;, Finance, IT, and external implementation partners to deliver enhancements and align system capabilities to business needsQUALIFICATIONS:8+ yearsof experience in FP&A; systems, enterprise performance management platforms, or finance transformation initiativesHands-on experience with OneStream or comparable EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP BPC)Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and management reporting processesAbility to translate business requirements into system and data solutionsExperience working in global, cross-functional environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving,
