The role proactively analyzes and recommends enhancements to existing processes, communicates rationale, and negotiates solutions to improve operational effectiveness and client experience. The incumbent contributes to the overall change approach, roadmaps, and implementations of internal and partner-led initiatives.The Process & Change Management (P&CM;) team is responsible for facilitating the implementation of operational changesthat impact Retail Mortgage Services (RMS). The Specialist is accountable for providing in-depth advice/consultation typically of an operational or tactical nature, to management, business partners, and team members, within an area of specialization. In this position you will provide business identification and consultative support relative to the development, analysis and identification of process changes and/or system enhancements. You will also proactively analyze and recommend enhancements to the existing business processes; clearly communicate rationale and negotiate solutions which will enhance operational effectiveness. Ensure that all assigned initiatives are implemented in an effective manner within area of responsibility.
