We are currently hiring for the position of International Voice Process Executive at our Hyderabad location.

This opportunity is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In this role, you will interact with international customers over voice calls, address their queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and service quality.

- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls
- Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Shift & Work Schedule:

- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 5 working days, 2 rotational week-offs
- Comfortable working in night shifts (as per business requirement)
- Two-way cab facility provided within a 25 KM radius
