We are hiring Application production support analyst for our Investment banking client in Mumbai.
Experience : 3-5 years
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Strong Knowledge of ITIL
- Solid knowledge IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge on Cloud technologies and experienced in Kubernetes & Containers
- Strong Knowledge & experience on technologies like RHEL Linux, Windows, AIX, WAS, CFT and MQ
- Experience with System Scripting on tech like Ansible, Shell Script, PowerShell, Terraform
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling DevOps (Gitlab, Artifactory, Jenkins, SonarQube, Ansible)
- Familiarity with Scheduling tools like Autosys, Control M
- Familiarity with database technology is required: Oracle and SQL Server
- Good written and spoken English.
- Measure and identify areas for improving Quality and overall Delivery.
- Able to communicate efficiently.
- Good Team Player
