- Create, maintain, and validate master data for materials, vendors, BOMs, SKUs, pricing, and product attributes in SAP/ERP.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data required for procurement, production planning, inventory, and dispatch.
- Coordinate with Planning, Purchase, Production, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and IT teams for data creation or changes.
- Review duplicate, incomplete, or incorrect data and drive regular data-cleaning activities.
- Maintain documentation, approval records, and version control for all master-data changes.
- Support new product launches by ensuring SKU, BOM, routing, and material data are created before production timelines.
- Generate MIS on data accuracy, pending requests, turnaround time, and exceptions.
- Follow defined SOPs,



data-governance controls, and audit requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with 37 years of experience in Master Data Management, SAP data management, planning, inventory, or manufacturing operations.
- Solid knowledge of SAP especially material master, BOM, and inventory-related modules.
- Advanced Excel skills; ability to handle large data sets and prepare MIS.
- Experience in footwear, apparel, FMCG, or manufacturing will be preferred.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
