Mission: Being part of Schneider Electric energy management RD Center in India, you are responsible to provide more insights which will help business to the selling of Schneider Electric products/solutions and services. Profile: You should be a well-rounded software professional with min 5 years of experience in automating and streamlining the entire software development lifecycle to achieve faster, more reliable, and secure software releases. They champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Building and maintaining automated pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment of software.
- Managing and provisioning infrastructure using code for consistency and scalability across cloud platforms.
- Developing with Docker and managing scalable applications with Kubernetes for productive resource utilization.
- Implementing tools to track system health, performance, and issues, ensuring proactive problem resolution.
- Automating system setup and application deployments to ensure uniformity.
- Embedding security best practices and tools throughout the development and operations processes.
- Working closely with development, QA, and operations teams to foster a shared understanding and responsibility.




- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues across environments.
- Managing code and infrastructure configurations using version control systems.
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Knowledge and Skills

- Git (e.g., GitHub (Preferred), GitLab) for code management.
- AWS, Azure (Preferred), GCP for infrastructure.
- GitHub Actions for automation.
- Terraform and ARM Templates for infrastructure provisioning.
- Docker for containerizing applications, Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm for managing them at scale.
- Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Dynatrace (Preferred) for observability and alerts.
- Proficient in Bash, Python, or Go for automation.
- Understanding VPNs, firewalls, API Gateways, Load Balancers, and tools like HashiCorp Vault for secure operations.

Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech/MCA in any branch
- 6+ Years of experience
