Job Summary

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position manages the incident and problem management process by ensuring and
taking accountability for the resolution of system issues and managing stakeholders throughout the escalation and resolution process.
This position is also responsible for managing a cross functional team of resources-Security, Batch monitoring, cross functional(level 1.5) and Reporting.

Responsibilities

- Manages teams by translating business plans into actionable tasks, delegating responsibilities, tracking performance, and driving accountability.
- Develops team talent through coaching, feedback, training, goal setting, and performance management.
- Provides leadership in resolving complex incidents and delivering timely, sustainable solutions.
- Manages hardware/software changes, system configuration, change management, and production deployments.
- Oversees maintenance, upgrades, documentation, administration, and technical support for complex applications.
- Monitors enterprise system stability, availability, performance, and overall health across IT domains.




- Coordinates cross-functional teams and technical partners to resolve system and application issues.
- Manages testing, installation, upgrades, refreshes, and decommissioning of systems and infrastructure.
- Drives automation and process improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Oversees incident management, troubleshooting, root-cause prevention, and development of guidelines for recurring issues.
- Evaluates the impact of technical and process changes on existing systems, tools, and interfaces.

Qualifications

- Minimum four (6) years experience in end-to-end application production support in a large organization.
- Minimum three (3) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum six (6) years working in IT or operations.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in Peoplesoft FinanceSupply Chain experience
