About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate recent office setup and workplace infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, stakeholder management, timeline tracking, workflow governance

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, Gantt charts, and project trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Facilities, IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
- Drive regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to leadership.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Define and streamline workflows, processes, and governance mechanisms for project execution.
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Track budgets, project schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, dashboards, and status communications for stakeholders.




- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, workplace transformation, office setup, facilities projects, or related areas.
- Strong expertise in project planning tools, Gantt charts, project tracking, and milestone management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple functions and manage competing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and execution capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

Preferred

- Experience managing office setup, workplace expansion, relocation, or infrastructure projects.
- PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is an added advantage.
- Location Preference: Candidate should be comfortable working from Gurgaon (Gurugram) and coordinating with multiple stakeholders across functions.
