1. Responsible for PLC programming of machines for smooth machine functioning.

2. Responsible for proper utilization of manpower.

3. Responsible for Kaizen implementation activities.

4. Responsible to Maintain the Machine Contracts and coordination with the supplier.

5. Responsible for minimizing the machine breakdown to up keep the plant up time, MTTR (Mean time to Repair) & MTBF (Mean time between failure)

6. Responsible for Preventive maintenance activities.

7. Responsible for 100 % CLIRT (Cleaning Lubrication Inspection Re-Tightening) and adherence to maintain the valuable health of machines.

8. Responsible for Maintaining the Critical Spare inventory.

9. Responsible for ISO Documentation for Machines.

10. Ability to understand Machine Technical Specification & make changes according as per requirement.
