Job Summary

Parnami Logistics is looking for an experienced Regional Logistics Manager with strong expertise in 3PL, Contract Logistics, Warehouse Setup, WMS/ERP Implementation and Business Development.

The candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle from client requirement warehouse setup system implementation go-live operations client management & business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead new warehouse setup & 3PL project implementation.
- Manage warehouse layout, capacity, manpower, SOPs and operational processes.
- Lead WMS / ERP implementation, UAT, testing, integration and Go-Live.
- Manage end-to-end Contract Logistics / 3PL operations.
- Handle inbound, put-away, inventory, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Manage FIFO/FEFO, batch/expiry and inventory control.
- Monitor SLA, KPI, productivity and operational costs.
- Acquire new 3PL / Contract Logistics clients.
- Prepare logistics solutions, commercial proposals and participate in negotiations.
- Manage key accounts,



client relationships and regional revenue growth.
- Coordinate with clients, IT/WMS vendors and internal operations teams.

Required Experience & Skills

- 8–15 years in Logistics / Supply Chain.
- Strong experience in 3PL / Contract Logistics.
- Proven Warehouse Setup / New Project Implementation experience.
- Experience in WMS / ERP Implementation & Go-Live.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution.
- Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods logistics preferred.
- Strong Business Development, Client Acquisition & Key Account Management experience.
- Valuable understanding of WMS, ERP, TMS, UAT, System Integration and SOPs.
- Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Delhi NCR candidates preferred.
