Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable calls to resolve customer queries, disputes, and issues related to billing and payments.
- Handle denials by identifying the reason for denial, researching the issue, and resubmitting claims as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including phone conversations, emails, and correspondence.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and procedures to optimize efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in healthcare BPO/call center workplace.
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with patients/customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in denial handling/management processes and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
