Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

- Perform detailed audits of client setup configurations including payroll, taxes, advantages, HRIS

settings, workers compensation, and reporting structures.

- Validate accuracy of demographic data, pay groups, earnings/deductions, accruals, direct deposit, and tax jurisdictions.
- Conduct document reviews (service agreements, onboarding forms, client questionnaires, employee data files).
- Serve as the final checkpoint before client go-live, verifying that all onboarding tasks are complete
- Partner with Implementation Consultants to resolve discrepancies, identify missing information, and ensure readiness for first payroll processing.
- Support QA testing processes, including running test payrolls, verifying calculations, and checking system workflows.
- Monitor implementation milestones to ensure quality is maintained throughout the onboarding timeline.
