We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect & Generative AI Engineer with strong expertise in designing and implementing AI-powered contact center solutions using AWS services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, Bedrock, conversational AI, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
- Build and deploy AI-powered voice and chat bot solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Lex, and Amazon Nova Sonic.
- Develop and integrate serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and EventBridge.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using Bedrock Knowledge Bases and vector databases.
- Design and optimize IVR workflows, voice bots, chat bots, and agent-assist solutions.
- Integrate contact center platforms with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Implement call summarization, sentiment analysis, and conversational AI capabilities.
- Ensure security, monitoring, scalability, and reliability of cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
