We are hiring professionals for our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) / Global Intelligence Operations (GIO) team supporting enterprise-wide corporate security and intelligence operations.

This is a NON-TECHNICAL Corporate Security (SOC) role and is not a Cybersecurity / IT SOC / Network Security position.

The team will monitor and assess security incidents, geopolitical developments, online threats, corporate security events, and other situations that may impact employees, executives, facilities, assets, or business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor real-time security events, incidents, alerts and emerging risks through approved sources, media, social media and OSINT platforms.
- Monitor corporate security systems, alarms, operational dashboards and incident management platforms where applicable.
- Identify and assess incidents involving crime, civil unrest, terrorism, natural disasters, public safety events, geopolitical developments and other security threats.
- Conduct OSINT / online research to identify threat-related information, concerning narratives and potential indicators of targeting.
- Collect, validate, document and maintain accurate information relating to security incidents and intelligence findings.
- Perform initial incident triage, risk assessment and escalation based on established procedures.
- Prepare concise incident notifications, situational updates, intelligence summaries and operational reports.
- Escalate credible, time-sensitive or high-impact threats to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Support senior intelligence and corporate security teams with research, information gathering and incident analysis.
- Coordinate with internal security teams, stakeholders, emergency services, facilities, Executive Protection and other relevant partners.
- Maintain accurate incident logs,



case records and shift handover information.
- For supervisory roles, provide shift-level oversight, operator guidance, incident escalation support and quality control.
- Maintain situational awareness during routine operations, elevated threat situations and crisis events.
- Work effectively in a 24/7 rotational operations setting, including weekends and holidays as required.

We are NOT looking for candidates from purely IT Cybersecurity / Network Security / Infrastructure Security backgrounds.

Candidates with experience in GSOC, Corporate Security, Physical Security, Intelligence Operations, Geopolitical Risk, Threat Intelligence, Risk Intelligence, Command Center Operations or OSINT are encouraged to apply.
