Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales through the Agency Channel

Recruit, develop and manage insurance advisors/agents

Achieve business and revenue targets

Build strong customer and advisor relationships

Generate new business opportunities and ensure business growth

Candidate Profile:

Candidates with relevant finance/insurance sales experience preferred

Solid communication and relationship-building skills

Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
