Role & responsibilities :

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience as an GRE or similar role, along with prior experience in Customer Service roles, preferably in the real estate or property management sector or Aviation or a related field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction for all guests visiting the site. This role involves welcoming and assisting potential buyers, addressing their queries, and providing a seamless and pleasant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and welcome all visitors to the site, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed information about the property, amenities, and surrounding area to potential buyers.
- Conduct site tours for visitors, highlighting key features and benefits of the property.
- Address and resolve any customer queries or concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Assist customers with necessary paperwork and ensure all documents are completed accurately.

- Assist in organizing and managing on-site events, open houses, and promotional activities.

• Gather and relay customer feedback to the relevant departments to improve service quality.





- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Manage the front desk, maintain visitor logs, and ensure the reception area is neat and presentable.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support their initiatives and provide necessary information.
