What makes this role different:

At My careerZ, one person is both the programme specialist and the destination specialist. No handing a student to a separate "country desk" halfway through the conversation. Counselling starts with a psychometric or career-skills assessment, not with "which country do you want?" and counselling, shortlisting, application support, visa guidance and accommodation guidance are all free to the student. You will therefore be measured on students who commence, not on sessions delivered.

What you will do:

- Build and work your own pipeline through school and campus sessions, fairs, delegate visits and referrals.
- Run diagnostic counselling with students and parents and recommend honestly across our three service lines study abroad, overseas placement, and language training.
- Own the full cycle in your destination cluster: shortlist, application, offer, deposit, financial documentation, visa and pre-departure.
- Hold current, source-verified command of your clusters visa and admission framework and re-verify it every intake cycle.
- Manage university and delegate relationships, and deliver enrolment, commencement and commission targets.
- Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate and same day.

Your destination cluster:

Australia & NZ - Subclass 500 and the Genuine Student requirement, CRICOS and CoE,



National Planning Level prioritisation, OSHC, Subclass 485, NZQA.

UK & Ireland - Student Route and CAS, credibility interviews, maintenance funds, dependant rules, Graduate Route changes from Jan 2027, UCAS, CAO and Irish permissions.

North America - F-1, I-20 and SEVIS, the fixed-admission rule from Sept 2026, CPT/OPT/STEM OPT; Canada study permits, DLI and PAL/TAL rules, PGWP eligibility, proof of funds.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 37 years in study abroad counselling, education sales or international admissions, with at least 2 years of real depth in the cluster you apply for.
- A verifiable personal record of enrolments and visa grants in that cluster — numbers you can substantiate.
- Graduate in any discipline; fluent English with robust writing, plus Hindi and a relevant regional language.
- Credibility with parents, comfort with CRM and targets, and willingness to travel and work intake peaks.
- Above all: the integrity to turn down the enrolment that is wrong for the student. We do not fabricate documents, and we never guarantee a visa, a job or PR.

Desirable: ICEF, British Council or PIER agent certification; school counselling exposure; existing university relationships.
