Azure Logic Apps Developer AI & Integration

Position Overview

We are looking for an Azure Logic Apps Developer with strong expertise in Azure Integration Services (iPaaS) and hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-driven workflows and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise-grade integration solutions using Azure Logic Apps and related services, while also leveraging Azure OpenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, and tool-use patterns to build intelligent and automated cloud workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Azure integration and development skills with a hands-on, AI-driven approach to modern software development.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Integration & Workflow Development

- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain complex enterprise integration workflows using Azure Logic Apps (Standard and Consumption).
- Build integrations using Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management, REST APIs, webhooks, and other Azure Integration Services.
- Implement scalable and reliable enterprise integration patterns and ensure robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Develop custom workflow components and integrations based on business and technical requirements.

AI & Agentic Workflow Integration

- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI capabilities into enterprise workflows and cloud-based integration solutions.
- Build and configure AI agents and agentic workflows, including conversational and autonomous workflows.
- Work with Logic Apps Agent Loop capabilities, APIs, tools, and enterprise data sources to enable intelligent workflow automation.
- Integrate Azure OpenAI Service and other AI/LLM capabilities into business processes and integration workflows.
- Configure system instructions, prompts, agent boundaries, tools, parameters, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Apply prompt engineering and tool-use patterns to improve the reliability and effectiveness of AI-driven workflows.

API & Integration Services

- Design, develop, and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise endpoints.




- Work with Azure API Management to securely expose, manage, and monitor APIs.
- Implement authentication, authorization, exception handling, retries, and other integration best practices.
- Troubleshoot integration issues across applications, APIs, and Azure services.

Development & Custom Coding

- Develop custom code components, Azure Functions, or workflow actions using C# (.NET Core/.NET 6+) or Python.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable integration solutions.
- Follow coding standards, design principles, and best practices for cloud-native development.

DevOps & Deployment

- Implement CI/CD pipelines for Logic Apps and related Azure resources using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Manage source code and configuration using Git.
- Support automated deployment across development, testing, and production environments.
- Follow Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps best practices where applicable.

AI-Driven Development

- Demonstrate an AI-first/AI-driven approach to day-to-day software development.
- Leverage AI coding assistants and developer tools to improve productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, documentation, and solution design.
- Stay current with emerging Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM, and AI-assisted development practices.

Must-Have Skills

- 36 years of hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, including Standard and/or Consumption.
- Strong experience with Azure Functions and Azure Integration Services.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, REST APIs, webhooks, and API-based integrations.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus and preferably Azure API Management.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, LLMs, and prompt engineering.




- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts, agent loops, tool calling, and AI-driven workflow automation.
- Proficiency in C# (.NET Core/.NET 6+) or Python for custom development and Azure Functions.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience or working familiarity with Claude and Claude Code.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to adopt an AI-driven approach to software development and automation.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Azure Integration Account, API Management, Event Grid, Event Hubs, or Azure Storage.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, or other SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, enterprise knowledge bases, and AI grounding techniques.
- Experience with MCP, AI tools, function calling, or agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Understanding of security, identity, and authentication concepts including Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, and managed identities.

- Robust hands-on experience in Azure Integration and Logic Apps development.
- A valuable understanding of enterprise integration architecture and cloud-native solutions.
- Practical exposure to Generative AI/LLMs and Agentic AI workflows.
- A willingness to experiment with and adopt new AI-powered development tools and techniques.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional technical teams.
