Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and drive the Used Car Finance business across the assigned cluster. The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, achieving business targets, developing dealer/channel relationships, and ensuring strong portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the Used Car Finance (UCF) sales team across the assigned cluster.
- Drive achievement of monthly and annual business targets for the cluster.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, conversion ratios, and overall business funnel.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with used-car dealers, channel partners, and other business associates.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the UCF network within the assigned market.
- Ensure regular lead generation, customer acquisition, login, sanction, and disbursement through the team.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly performance and take corrective actions wherever required.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity and business performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit processes, compliance requirements, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Collections, and other internal teams for smooth business operations.




- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure responsible business practices.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: Relevant experience in Used Car Finance (UCF) is mandatory/preferred, with proven exposure to the used-car financing business.
- Prior experience in team handling and sales management is required.
- Should have experience managing dealer/channel relationships and driving business through the UCF ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of the Used Car Finance market, dealer network, sourcing, and sales funnel.
- Good leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Strong target orientation with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Candidates with experience in NBFCs, banks, or automotive finance companies will be preferred.
