A Logistics Executive is a dual-focused role, requiring expertise in both sales and logistics operations. The Logistics Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods. The role focuses on shipment planning, documentation, coordination with transporters, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.
Role & responsibilities
- Coordinate with production and dispatch departments for packing list and certificate of analysis.
- Respond to daily emails from customers - regarding dispatches
- Monitor freight costs and optimize logistics expenses.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Accounts, QA) for dispatch planning.
- Scheduling and dispatching Materials
- Should have positive communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi. Should collaborate with all other interdependent teams.
