Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager Projects (Roads & Structures) to manage end-to-end execution of PMC/PCMC infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, quality, safety, productivity, cost control and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute road, drainage and structural works as per drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Manage earthwork, excavation, embankment, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DLC/PQC, DBM/BC, kerbs, footpaths and road works.
- Handle RCC drains, culverts, box structures, retaining walls, foundations and bridge-related works.
- Coordinate survey, levels, alignment, chainages, quantities and work-front readiness.
- Coordinate utility shifting/protection, traffic diversions, barricading and execution in live-traffic areas.
- Manage subcontractors, manpower, machinery, materials and productivity.
- Coordinate with PMC/PCMC officials, consultants, QA/QC, safety, planning, commercial and procurement teams.
- Monitor daily/weekly progress, resource utilization,



quality, cost and productivity.
- Ensure accurate measurements, MBs, RA bill inputs, quantity reconciliation and variation documentation.
- Resolve site constraints, NCRs, technical issues and stakeholder observations within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.
- Drive project completion, rectification, as-built documentation and handover.

Candidate Profile

- 812 years of relevant experience in roads, structures or urban infrastructure projects.
- PMC/PCMC or municipal project experience preferred.
- Solid knowledge of road construction, drainage, RCC structures and site execution.
- Experience managing subcontractors, manpower and construction equipment.
- Good stakeholder coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites in Pune / Pimpri-Chinchwad.
