The Opportunity: Lead Full Stack Developer & Technical Architect for Enterprise Platform

We are seeking a master practitioner and hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of our business-critical enterprise platform. You will define architectural roadmaps, mentor developers, and ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and performs flawlessly as we expand our integrated services footprint.

Purpose of the Role

To serve as the main technical lead and hands-on leader for our mission-critical platform, defining the long-term architectural roadmap while ensuring the direct execution of scalable, high-performance solutions across the entire Angular, .NET Core, and MS SQL technology stack.

Core Technology Stack

Frontend: Angular 18+, TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx/NgXs, Responsive UI/UX Leadership

Backend: C# / .NET Core (v8.0+), High-Performance Microservices, RESTful APIs

Data & Messaging: MS SQL Server (Optimization, T-SQL), Dapper (High-Speed ORM), RabbitMQ (Distributed Messaging)

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Development & Implementation:

* Backend Mastery: Develop and maintain high-performance APIs and microservices using C# / .NET Core.

* Data: Design and manage relational (MS SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases; utilize Dapper for optimized data access.

* Frontend Leadership: Lead the development of performant user interfaces with modern Angular 18+.





* Troubleshooting: Act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues in production.

DevOps & Collaboration:

* Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and Azure/AWS infrastructure scaling.

* Partner with Product, UI/UX, Data & AI teams (including external development partners) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Architecture & Strategy:

* Roadmap & Governance: Assist in technical architecture, design patterns, and standards for scalability and security.

* Distributed Systems: Assist in setting up robust communication and reliability between services using RabbitMQ.

* Data Integrity: Assist in design and optimisation of complex database schemas within MS SQL Server.

* Review & Mentorship: Conduct expert code reviews and mentor developers on system design.

Required Expertise

- Full-Stack: Minimum 4 years hands-on full-stack development with demonstratable experience.
- Frontend Expert: Worked in modern Angular (v18+) including TypeScript, RxJS, and state management (NgRx/NgXs).
- Backend Mastery: C# and .NET Core (v8.0+) for building robust, high-availability microservices.
- Database Architect: Knowledge in MS SQL Server (administration, indexing, T-SQL) and data access optimization using Dapper.
- Messaging: Proven experience with RabbitMQ (or Azure Service Bus/Kafka) for reliable, asynchronous communication and distributed transaction patterns.
- Architecture & DevOps: Robust knowledge of Microservices/Event-Driven Architecture, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, automated testing, and integrating ML/AI features into production.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior experience in the Enterprise Platform domain.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or similar degree.
