- Design and deliver SAP FICO training programs for clients, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify learning objectives and develop customized training materials.
- Conduct hands-on exercises, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student progress and provide feedback.
- Provide ongoing support through coaching sessions, email correspondence, or online communities.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FICO) module implementation or consulting projects.
- Robust understanding of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module integration with FICO processes.
- Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs using various methodologies such as classroom instruction or e-learning platforms.
