- Handle SAP Business One implementation and support projects.
- Understand client requirements and map them to SAP B1 solutions.
- Configure and support SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Warehouse.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
- Work with MS SQL / SAP HANA for queries and troubleshooting.
- Develop and customize Crystal Reports and SQL reports.
- Support SAP B1 integrations and customizations.
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation.
- Conduct testing, UAT and user training.
- Provide post-go-live support and interact directly with clients.
- Coordinate with technical/development teams for enhancements.
Preferred candidate profile
- 36 years of experience in SAP Business One (SAP B1) implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP B1 functional modules – Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and Warehouse.
- Hands-on experience in SAP B1 configuration, troubleshooting and business process mapping.
- Good knowledge of MS SQL Server / SAP HANA and SQL queries.
- Experience in Crystal Reports, SQL reports and report customization.
- Exposure to SAP B1 integrations and third-party applications will be an advantage.
- Experience in UAT, testing, documentation and user training.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently on implementation, support and enhancement projects.
- SAP Business One certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with experience in an SAP Partner/Consulting environment will be preferred.
