Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Engineering & Technology Transfer qualified to support process scale-up, technology transfer, and process commercialization activities within the R&D; function. The role will bridge Process R&D; and Manufacturing by developing robust processes, generating engineering data, and ensuring smooth transfer of technologies from lab to plant scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in project kick-off meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct process feasibility assessments, what-if studies, and scale-up evaluations based on laboratory data.
- Prepare and review process engineering calculations and engineering checklists for development projects.
- Collaborate with Process R&D;, Process Safety, Process Design, Simulation, and cross-functional teams for seamless technology transfer.
- Prepare and review:
- Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
- P&ID;




- Mass & Material Balance
- Equipment Suitability Assessments
- Process Safety Documentation
- Technology Transfer Packages
- QMS-related documentation

- Support equipment mapping and equipment selection for process development and scale-up activities.
- Participate in facility fitment reviews and process implementation discussions with manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate with Technology Transfer, Production, Engineering, and Plant teams for successful scale-up and commercialization.
- Provide technical support during pilot, scale-up, validation, and initial commercial batches.
- Analyze process deviations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and recommend CAPA.
- Review campaign reports, validation reports, and process performance data.
- Prepare technical updates and progress reports for stakeholders and customers.
