Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Tele Collections Executive to join our collections team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers over the phone, following up on outstanding payments, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payment.
- Explain outstanding amounts and payment details clearly to customers.
- Negotiate suitable payment arrangements where required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the concerned team.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and collection procedures.
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in Tele Collections / Banking / Loan Collections / Debt Recovery.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
