Roles and Responsibilities

Note - It is an Row house bungalow system project in Bhaje ,Lonavla Location .

- Manage residential projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee construction activities on site, including vendor management and quality control.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
